Open a BIDV credit card—no annual fee and cashback of up to VND 1 million
1. Promotion Period: From October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first
2. Eligible Card Types: Newly issued BIDV personal international credit cards, including the Classic, Platinum, Ultimate, and World tiers, during the promotion period. Specific card products are as follows:

3. Eligibility: Customers who apply for and are issued new BIDV credit cards as specified in Section 2 during the Program period.
4. Promotion Mechanism:
(1) Annual Fee Waiver: New credit cardholders are exempt from the first-year annual fee (for both primary and supplementary cards) when the transaction volume for each card reaches: VND 500,000 for Classic-tier cards, VND 1,000,000 for Platinum-tier cards, and VND 2,000,000 for Ultimate-tier cards, World Travel within the first 30 days from the card issuance date.
(2) Additional cashback when customers meet the following conditions: customers make any card transaction with a minimum value of VND 200,000, and are encouraged to link their card to BIDV Apple Pay or Google Pay. The specific reward amounts are as follows:

(*) Customers participating in this promotional program may not simultaneously participate in any other BIDV promotional program offering increased credit limits on new credit cards
Note:
- Card issuance period: October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026
- Customers who already qualify for BIDV’s first-year annual fee waiver—without spending requirements—as per BIDV’s policies at any given time are still eligible for benefit (2): cashback on spending.
- Each customer (based on the customer’s CIF) is eligible for the cashback promotion on only one credit card and for the annual fee waiver on all eligible cards during the promotion period.

The total program budget is VND 6,500,000,000 (In words: Six billion five hundred million VND exactly)
