Pay tuition fees with "0% fees" using your BIDV Visa card on Flywire

1. Eligible cards: Any valid BIDV Visa credit, debit, or prepaid card.

2. Promotion location: Applicable to tuition fee payments via Flywire for schools and training organizations outside Vietnam with VND as the payment currency.

3. Promotional item: Tuition fee payment

4. Promotion Details: Eligible cardholders using the Flywire platform to pay tuition fees in VND to schools or training organizations with a minimum amount of 250.00 USD (or equivalent in VND) will receive a preferential fee rate, equivalent to the bank transfer option for the same type of transaction.

5. Program Period: From January 30, 2026, to March 31, 2026, or until the program budget is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
