MARKET The VN-Index fluctuated and fell to the 1,865 level, but buying interest at this level helped the index recover, narrowing the decline and closing at 1,898.37 points, down nearly 3 points from yesterday. The number of declining stocks outnumbered the number of advancing stocks, while 13 out of 18 sectors gained ground, indicating that capital flows are trending toward specific stocks within each sector. The Oil & Gas and Utilities sectors led the gains; conversely, the Real Estate sector saw the sharpest decline. Regarding foreign investor activity, foreign investors were net sellers on both the HSX and HNX exchanges today but net buyers on the UPCOM exchange. The market is still seeking a new equilibrium and trading remains relatively thin; investors should maintain a cautious mindset during this period.
