On November 21, 2025, the Headquarters Union inaugurated and presented a classroom building at Sin Chai school, Trinh Tuong kindergarten, Lao Cai province. The new school is a meaningful gift for teachers and children in difficult mountainous areas, inaugurated on the occasion of Vietnam Teachers' Day.
