Today's Stock Market, April 1: VN-Index Rebounds to the 1,700–1,725 Resistance Zone
The VN-Index surpassed the 1,700-point mark, rising by more than 30 points. Trading volume remained high, while foreign investors continued to net sell.
BASIC MARKET
The VN-Index rose more than 28 points today and closed at 1,702.93 points.
Market breadth leaned toward the positive side, with 15 out of 18 sectors gaining ground, led by the Real Estate sector, followed by the Tourism & Entertainment sector. On the downside, the Oil & Gas sector continued to decline sharply.
Regarding foreign investor activity, foreign investors were net sellers on the HSX and UPCOM exchanges today and net buyers on the HNX exchange.
The VN-Index has returned to its previous resistance zone of 1,700–1,725; in the coming sessions, the index is expected to trade within this range to find a new equilibrium. Volatility may occur as market sentiment remains cautious, so investors should trade with caution.

CONTRACTS All futures contracts rose, in line with the movement of the VN30.

In the trading session on April 1, 2026, most warrants moved in tandem with the recovery of the underlying stocks.
