Today's Stock Market 25/2: Foreign investors continue to net sell FPT while aggressively buying HPG

BASIC MARKET
The VN-Index fluctuated between 1,855 and 1,876 throughout the day before closing at 1,860.91 points.

Market breadth was fairly balanced with 10 out of 18 sectors gaining, led by the Chemicals sector, followed by Basic Resources.

Regarding foreign investors' transactions, today they net sold on the HSX and HNX exchanges and net bought on the UPCOM exchange.

The overall market sentiment was quite positive; conversely, Vin stocks restrained the VN-Index's rise. In the coming sessions, the VN-Index may continue to rise to the 1,880 – 1,900 range.

CONTRACTS All futures contracts rose in line with the movement of VN30, except for 41I1G6000 and 41I1G3000.

In the trading session on February 23, 2026, warrants fluctuated in line with the market's tug-of-war trend.

• Net selling value of foreign investors: -1,062.81 billion VND on the HOSE, including FPT (-2,334.92 billion), VCB (-140.88 billion), DGW (-103.64 billion), VIC (-77.61 billion), TPB (-76.07 billion). Foreign investors net sold on the HNX with a value of -52.83 billion VND.
