BASIC MARKET
The VN-Index fluctuated between 1,863 and 1,900 before closing at 1,880.33 points, almost unchanged from yesterday. Market breadth leaned negative with 9 out of 18 sectors declining, led by Insurance and followed by Media. On the upside, Oil & Gas, Information Technology, and Industrial Goods & Services rose over 2%.

Regarding foreign trading, today this group bought net on the HSX and HNX exchanges and sold net on the UPCOM exchange. The market is fluctuating strongly before the psychological threshold of 1,900, so investors should trade cautiously.
