4. Conditions of application:

• Offer applies to provinces and cities where Be provides services.
• Offer applies when paying with BIDV Visa card on Apple Pay.
• Not to be used in conjunction with other Be promotions.
• Promotion does not include surcharges.
• Limited number of promotions per day.

• Visa and/or the Supplier reserves the right to suspend, cancel or change the Offer and the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The Offer is presented according to the information provided by the Supplier. Any complaints and disputes arising from the purchase or attempted purchase of goods and/or services under this Offer (“Complaint”) shall be resolved directly between the Cardholder and the Supplier. The BIDV Visa Cardholder shall not make any complaint against BIDV.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Visa and/or the Supplier shall be final.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa facilitates the Cardholder's enjoyment of this offer, the merchant is the Supplier of all goods and/or services for this offer. Therefore, the Cardholder understands and accepts that the purchase of goods and/or services under this offer will form a contract between the Cardholder and the Supplier and BIDV and Visa are not parties to this contract.
• By using or attempting to use the goods and services under this Offer, the Cardholder understands and accepts that BIDV, Visa will not be responsible for any loss, damage, expense or claim (indirect or direct) related to injury, death, misrepresentation, loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use or attempt to use the Offer or the goods and/or services provided under this Offer.
