Actively Implementing 2026 Tasks
Last week, units continued to organize conferences to implement tasks and business plans, as well as Labor Conferences and Dialogues for 2026. This was an opportunity to review the results achieved in the past year and to agree on key objectives, directions, and solutions for 2026.

Actively implementing tasks for 2026
On January 22, 2026, in Hanoi, the Retired Staff Liaison Committee - Vietnam Bank Workers' Union organized a meeting for members to celebrate the Spring of Binh Ngo 2026. The BIDV Trade Union was honored to host and co-organize the program, expressing gratitude for the persistent and dedicated contributions of generations of bank trade union officials throughout the years.

On the same day, in Ben Tre, under the chairmanship of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 14, the Ben Tre Branch collaborated with local banks to organize a meeting for retired banking officials in Ben Tre Province to celebrate the Year of the Horse.


Spring of Gratitude – Tet of Kindness
On January 16, 2026, the BIDV Trade Union in collaboration with the Enterprise Customer Management Board Trade Union organized a social welfare program called "Spring of Gratitude - Tet of Kindness" at the Center for Care and Rehabilitation of People with Merits No. 2 in Hanoi. The delegation visited, presented 35 Tet gifts, and donated two rehabilitation bicycles to the Center.

Reaching out to the community
Last week, in the spirit of mutual support and solidarity, BIDV units actively organized many meaningful activities for the community, such as donating houses of solidarity, health insurance cards, smart kiosks, and practical Tet gifts.

Quang Ngai Branch donated health insurance cards to the poor.
The BIDV Youth Union organized the 2026 Volunteer Spring Program in Dak Mil Commune, Lam Dong Province.
Hai Van Branch partnered with Da Nang Cancer Hospital.
The Hau Giang Branch presented smart medical kiosks to the Hau Giang Maternity and Children's Hospital.
Lai Chau Branch presents Tet gifts to border residents at the "Border Spring – Warming the Hearts of Villagers" program.
The Trade Union, BIDV Youth Union, and Son La Branch donated funds for housing construction in Yen Son Commune, Son La Province.

Joining hands to train high-quality human resources
On January 21, 2026, Phu Nhuan Branch and 13 other businesses participated in a cooperation signing ceremony with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH). Within the framework of the program, BIDV Phu Nhuan presented a sponsorship emblem to the HUTECH Student Skills Development Fund.
