10th Anniversary Celebration of Branch Establishments
On April 17, 2026, five BIDV branches—Hoang Mai Hanoi, Gia Lam, Ngoc Khanh Hanoi, Hoai Duc, and Bac Ha—celebrated their 10th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in the development of these five branches in the capital and their effective contributions to the overall growth of the system.
Looking Ahead to BIDV’s Founding Anniversary (April 26, 1957 – April 26, 2026)
To celebrate the 69th anniversary of BIDV’s Founding Day and the branch anniversaries, the units organized a series of meaningful social and networking activities.
An Giang Branch hosted a Pickleball event.
The Ha Tinh Branch’s Labor Union organized a sports competition.
The Gia Lai Branch’s Labor Union organized a sports event.
BIDV Phu My and BIDV Ba Ria held a soccer match.
Thang Long Branch held a Pickleball tournament.
The Quang Minh Branch, the Financial Institutions Department, and the Corporate Customer Management Department organized a sports exchange program.

On April 17, 2026, the BIDV Labor Union held a meeting with staff members selected for the team participating in the 2026 “Banking Sector Digital Transformation Competition”—an event that helps affirm the bank’s capabilities and position on the industry’s digital transformation journey.

Journey to the Roots
To help staff gain a deeper understanding of the nation’s history and the role models who dedicated their lives to the revolutionary cause and the country’s development, various units organized meaningful “Return to the Roots” programs.
Branch 3 – BIDV Ben Tre Party Committee organized the “Roots – Following in the Footsteps of Uncle Ho” activity at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Tra Vinh Ward, Vinh Long Province.
The Party Branch of the Ho Chi Minh City High-End Individual Customer Center organized the 2026 “Return to Our Roots” program, visiting historic sites in Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Tri provinces.
Promoting a Culture of Reading
In celebration of Vietnam’s Book and Reading Culture Day on April 21, 2026, the Executive Board of the Phú Mỹ Branch’s Labor Union presented all staff members with a copy of the book “The Leader Without a Title” by author Robin Sharma.
