Spreading the Example
At every customer touchpoint, every small action brings convenience, peace of mind, and a positive impression of BIDV.
This afternoon, at the Tuy Hòa City Branch, a South Korean customer came to withdraw money using a Hana Bank card. Since the branch didn’t have an ATM, and seeing the customer walking under the scorching sun, I quickly borrowed a motorcycle to take him to the ATM at the branch headquarters, helped him withdraw cash and exchange it for smaller denominations for shopping convenience, then drove him back to the supermarket where his family was waiting.
On the way, he was deeply moved and shared that his family had just arrived in Tuy Hòa for a vacation and felt fortunate to have met such a warm and attentive bank employee. He asked to take a commemorative photo and said he would share this story when he returned to South Korea.Mr. Ngo Thanh Tuan – Director of the Tuy Hoa City Branch Office (Phu Yen Branch)
