Sincere Gratitude to Mr. Phan Duc Tu—The Man Who Nurtured and Passed On BIDV’s Values
Mr. Phan Duc Tu—Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam—retired on July 1, 2026, after nearly 39 years of dedicated service at BIDV. The Leadership Board, along with all BIDV executives and employees, would like to express our sincere gratitude for his tremendous contributions to the development of the bank.


BIDV Announces Senior Management Appointments
On June 30, 2026, in Hanoi, BIDV held a ceremony to announce personnel decisions for the following positions: Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Deputy Party Committee Secretary and General Director; and Deputy General Director of BIDV.

Implementing Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW of the Politburo
On the morning of June 30, 2026, the BIDV Party Committee connected online to the National Conference on studying, learning, thoroughly understanding, and implementing Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of the economy with foreign investment, with the full participation of officials and Party members throughout the system.


For the Community
The Bac Lieu Branch carried out a sponsorship activity for the Bac Lieu Military-Civilian Hospital.
The Phu My Branch organized a fundraising run and donated the “Nurturing Knowledge” book collection to Chơ-ro ethnic minority students in Kim Long Commune, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province).
The Quy Nhon Branch collaborated with other units to present practical gifts to students overcoming hardships in Al Ba Commune, Gia Lai Province.
The Ben Tre Branch held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a “Great Unity House” for the household of Ms. Nguyen Thi Khoa in Mo Cay Commune, Vinh Long Province.
The branches participated in sponsoring the Social Insurance for People’s Health program.
