The BIDV Party Committee, the Party-Youth Union Division, and the VRB Party Committee jointly organized a thematic meeting
On May 7, 2026, the BIDV Party Committee, the Party-Youth Union Block, in collaboration with the VRB Party Committee, organized a special session to commemorate the 72nd anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 – May 7, 2026) and the 81st anniversary of Victory over Fascism (May 9, 1945 – May 9, 2026).

Participating in the “75 Years of the State Bank of Vietnam” Online Running Event
On the morning of May 3, 2026, in Hanoi, the State Bank of Vietnam organized the launch ceremony for the online running event to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Bank of Vietnam (May 6, 1951 – May 6, 2026). Over 10,000 BIDV employees participated in the event, accounting for 20% of the total number of athletes, demonstrating BIDV’s spirit of sportsmanship and unity.
Enhancing the Customer Experience
On May 4, 2026, to celebrate the 69th anniversary of BIDV’s founding and the 69th anniversary of the branch’s establishment, the Hanoi Branch held the grand opening ceremony of the Han Thuyen Transaction Office at 34 Han Thuyen Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi.
The Standard Youth Handbook
To promote the image of young, capable, exemplary, and responsible staff members, the BIDV Youth Union launched the “Youth Handbook,” delivering dynamic messages about professional conduct, work ethic, and a sense of responsibility among its members.
“Banking Digital Transformation Competition”
On May 6, 2026, the BIDV Labor Union conducted assessments and interviews with candidates applying to join the BIDV team for the 2026 “Digital Transformation in the Banking Industry” Competition, seeking outstanding representatives to compete at the industry-level event.
BIDV Smiles
To celebrate the 69th anniversary of BIDV’s founding, branches carried out meaningful programs to promote cultural values and enhance the professional image of BIDV staff.
The Phu My Branch was attentive and friendly in welcoming and serving customers.
The Thai Binh Branch organized training on Standard Transaction Etiquette, Corporate Culture, and the “Smile 2026” Campaign.
Spreading Love – Sharing Heartfelt Care
The Bac Lieu Branch donated 10 waiting benches to the Bac Lieu Military-Civilian Hospital
The An Giang Branch collaborated with the My Thoi Ward Youth Union to distribute “Love Lunch Boxes” to residents in need within the area.
The Ben Tre Branch participated in implementing the “Digital Family” model in Gia Thanh Hamlet and Thu So Hamlet (Phuoc My Trung Commune), organized by the Commune Women’s Union, helping to raise awareness and improve digital service usage skills within the community.
Back to the Roots
The Legal Affairs Committee Party Branch organized the “Return to the Roots” program at two historic sites: House No. 5D Ham Long—where the first Communist Party Branch in Vietnam was established in March 1929—and No. 90 Tho Nhuom—where Comrade Tran Phu, the first General Secretary, drafted the “Political Platform” in 1930.
Sports Bring Us Together
The Ben Tre Branch organized a women’s beach volleyball exchange with local government agencies and schools.
