Concluding their journey to conquer the 2025 Money Universe, the top 6 outstanding contestants not only brought home valuable lessons about finance but also received a rare "privilege": an office tour and an invitation to join BIDV's team.

Linh Chi, a Top 6 contestant in the 2025 Money Universe, shared that when she saw the modern facilities and young staff with her own eyes, she felt that "spring" was still alive and well within Vietnam's oldest financial institution. The warm and professional welcome, from the welcoming message displayed on the LED screen to the meticulous organization of every detail, made the students feel valued and proud.

This feeling became even more pronounced when the contestants set foot in the Digital Banking Development Center and the BIDV Staff Training School. For contestant Minh Hiếu, this is a place where glorious history blends with the desire for innovation. Stories about generations of staff who made silent sacrifices and century-long projects helped Hieu understand that BIDV is not just a bank, but a part of the country's historical flow. As for champion Pham Mai Huong, witnessing the technology management system firsthand helped the student understand why BIDV has established a solid position in the financial market.

What left the deepest impression on the Top 6 after the trip was the word "loyalty." Contestant Xuan Huan emotionally shared that the reception by the leaders of the Board of Directors was not formal or status-oriented, but exuded warmth and enthusiasm for the younger generation. Huan clearly felt the passion and responsibility to serve the country passed down from the leadership.

This "loyalty" was also evident in the way BIDV mentors and leaders accompanied the contestants. Winner Pham Mai Hương will always remember the image of Mr. Pham Trung Dũng, Deputy Director of the Retail Customer Department, who was not only a mentor answering professional questions but also a close colleague who encouraged her even when the team faced failure. Contestant Hoang Duc Ton likened himself to a child listening to the most profound insights from senior leaders, feeling that he had matured greatly through these direct interactions. The highlight of the Office Tour was the moment when BIDV's leadership team offered the Top 6 the opportunity to work at BIDV's headquarters. For Minh Hiếu, receiving a job offer while still in college was a great honor, a recognition and trust that a large organization has placed in the next generation. Hiếu sees this as a message to continue honing his skills to be worthy of Vietnam's leading financial institution.

For champion Pham Mai Huong, the job offer letter signed by Chairman of the Board of Directors Phan Duc Tu, along with a gift set for new employees, deeply moved her. Huong felt that BIDV truly regarded the Top 6 as family members and colleagues. From a rural girl with the aspiration to change her life through education, this award and opportunity are solid proof that knowledge can change one's destiny.

This opportunity also completely changed runner-up Dao Thi Linh's perspective on the banking environment.
