BIC and VCI collaborate to distribute transaction risk insurance products.

The collaboration between BIC and VCI opens up a new approach to supporting users against risks when participating in the online environment, especially vulnerable groups in the digital space such as the elderly and those who frequently make money transfer transactions.

According to the agreement, VCI becomes a strategic distribution partner for transaction risk insurance products developed by BIC. VNPT CyCare focuses on minimizing financial losses for customers in three of the most common risk groups: Money transfer fraud (losses due to money being stolen from bank accounts, e-wallets, or cards); Online shopping risks (goods not delivered, incorrect, missing, damaged goods, or services not provided); Identity theft (personal information being misused for illegal activities/purposes).

With fees ranging from 7,000 to 15,000 VND per month and global coverage, VNPT CyCare Transaction Risk Insurance becomes a reliable support for users in sharing financial risks and recovering quickly when incidents occur in the digital space.
