BIDV Donates 2.3 Billion Dong to the Banking Academy
On September 28, in Hanoi, as part of the Banking Academy’s opening ceremony for the 2026–2027 academic year, BIDV presented the Academy with sponsorship packages and scholarships for its students.
Attending the Banking Academy’s new academic year opening ceremony was a representative from BIDV—Mr. Hoang Viet Hung —CEO of BIDV—personally presented gifts consisting of funding packages for smart classrooms valued at VND 1.8 billion and scholarships for high-achieving students and underprivileged students at the Academy valued at VND 500 million.

These sponsorship packages reflect BIDV’s steadfast partnership with the Banking Academy in training and developing high-quality human resources for the industry, elevating the quality of training through the application of digital technology in the context of the Education 4.0 trend in this new era.

Also at the event, BIDV’s product experience and career opportunities booth was honored to welcome Mr. Pham Duc An—Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam—along with leaders from the Banking Academy and various departments and bureaus under the State Bank of Vietnam. The booth also attracted a large number of students who came to learn more and try out the products.

Over the years, BIDV has implemented regular scholarship programs and provided support for educational infrastructure at many universities nationwide, with the Banking Academy consistently being one of the institutions receiving special attention.
