Comprehensive Digitalization with Free Technology “Perks”
To address cost barriers to accessing technology, BIDV is committed to providing a financial digitalization platform and offering the BIDV Direct Shop and MyShop Pro sales management software free of charge for life to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and business households (HKD) in Hanoi.
SME business customers who participate in the program will also receive a complimentary QR Soundbox payment announcement speaker or receive 2 million VND in software usage fee support from a network of over 150 technology partners affiliated with BIDV.
Individual business owners who join the program will receive a discount on a payment announcement speaker worth up to 400,000 VND, a discount of up to 10 million VND when opening a premium account number, and a 6-month subscription to the invoicing package or 3,000 electronic invoices directly on MyShop Pro.

- For business households: BIDV provides unsecured overdraft limits of up to 500 million VND or secured overdraft limits of up to 3 billion VND to supplement working capital, with preferential interest rates that are competitive with the market.
- For SME customers: BIDV can provide short-term credit lines of up to 55 billion VND, with a maximum financing ratio of 100% of the collateral’s value and an approval response time of just 2 business days. Additionally, businesses using MISA’s accounting and electronic invoicing platforms can access the unsecured overdraft loan package (MISA Lending) with a limit of up to 5 billion VND and an interest rate starting at 8.5% per year.
- Green Transition and Supply Chain Financing (BIDV SCF): Businesses operating in high-tech zones, industrial parks, or participating in supply chains and industry clusters will be given priority access to specialized supply chain financing solutions, helping to effectively unlock cash flow.
This strong initiative is a concrete step toward implementing the strategic cooperation agreement previously signed between BIDV and the Hanoi People’s Committee, aimed at the core objective of promoting the digital economy and providing comprehensive support to the SME community, business households, and public service units within the city to optimize operations and achieve significant revenue growth in this new era.
