BIDV received "Best Digital Transformation Bank in Vietnam" Award
On September 12, 2024, in Singapore, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) was honored with the award "Vietnam's Best Digital Bank". The award was voted and presented by Euromoney Magazine within the framework of the "Awards for Excellence 2024" program with the participation of banks in the Asia-Pacific region.
This is the second consecutive year BIDV has received an award in this category from Euromoney. Euromoney's award is a recognition of BIDV's outstanding achievements in providing digital solutions and products and services to institutional customers, including: growth in digital customers, growth in the number and value of transactions conducted on digital banking channels, efforts to invest in technology human resources as well as technology systems, customer service software, providing new digital products and services leading the market...

BIDV has made efforts to provide corporate customers with outstanding digital products and services, such as: BIDV iBank - a comprehensive digital banking platform with multi-channel synchronized digital banking service experiences; BIDV iConnect - a solution to seamlessly integrate banking services with customers' ERP systems; BIDV SCF software - a supply chain financing solution to improve the operational efficiency of supply chain businesses... In particular, BIDV Open API - a solution to integrate banking services directly onto the platform and software of businesses, just launched in November 2023 - has received great attention from the market with 246,000 API calls via sandbox, nearly 700 trial accounts and more than 125 partners registered for integration.
BIDV's integrated banking products and services have been widely spread on sales management, school management, hotel management, seaport management, cash flow management (CMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and many software/applications in all areas of the economy.
As of August 2024, BIDV had nearly 170,000 institutional customers on digital channels, a growth of 30% over the same period in 2023; the number of transactions on digital channels reached more than 6.4 million transactions with transaction value growing 40% over the same period.
