Amid the heroic atmosphere of the historic month of May, Branch 5 of BIDV Thanh Xuan organized a heritage tour to the Bach Dang River Historical Site (Hai Phong).
This was not only an activity to honor the past but also a source of spiritual strength for the collective of officials and Party members to confidently continue their journey in the banking sector’s digital transformation.

The delegation of staff and Party members from Branch 5 – BIDV Thanh Xuan, led by Comrade Trinh Phuong Thao – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of Branch 5, visited the sacred land of Bach Dang River. There, in a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully offered incense and observed a moment of silence to honor the national heroes: King Ngo Quyen, King Le Dai Hanh, and General Tran Quoc Tuan, the Commander-in-Chief of Hung Dao.
The glorious victories on the legendary Bach Dang River stand as a powerful testament to the nation’s will for independence and self-reliance. Additionally, the delegation laid flowers before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, expressing boundless gratitude toward the great leader—a shining example of revolutionary morality for every Party member to emulate and learn from.

The trip is one of the key activities in the Party Branch’s series of political activities, while also actively supporting the “National Journalism Award on Party Building – The 11th Golden Hammer and Sickle Award 2026” launched by the BIDV Party Committee. Through this journey, the members of Branch 5 not only strengthened their national pride but also reinforced the enduring internal cohesion among its members.
The historical values and spirit absorbed from this land of heroes serve as a powerful source of motivation, driving each individual to continuously strive and contribute their intellect and dedication to the development of the branch in particular and the entire BIDV system in general.

Party members achieved 100% consensus in completing specialized training on digital skills. Over 90% of individual customer transactions at the branch are now conducted through digital channels. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being applied to digital solutions for post-sales support on SmartBanking to optimize the user experience.
