March - Gentle Yet Lively
March arrives with gentle rays of sunshine and vibrant blooms. For BIDV Phu My Branch, this March is even more special as a series of events celebrating International Women’s Day on March 8th is held in a joyful atmosphere leading up to the branch’s 20th anniversary.
March Shines in the Ao Dai
This year, the women had the chance to unleash their creativity and showcase their beauty in the “Graceful Ao Dai” photo contest, bringing a unique touch to BIDV Phu My.
In traditional ao dai, the female staff members looked both gentle and elegant, yet confident and poised. The flowing pink ao dai, vibrantly colored ao dai, and the group photo of staff arranging conical hats into the shape of the letter “S” created beautiful moments, spreading pride in Vietnamese culture as well as the beauty of the modern BIDV woman.
Vibrant Flowers – The Flavor of Love
One of the highlights of the event series was the artistic flower arrangement competition for women and the cooking competition for men, held in a lively and inspiring atmosphere. Using familiar flowers such as lotus, sunflowers, and roses, the competing teams created exquisite works that harmonized in both color and meaning. Each flower arrangement conveyed messages of gentle beauty, resilience, and the vital role of women in both family life and the workplace.
In the men’s competition, the “amateur chefs” from BIDV Phu My also surprised the entire hall with their meticulous preparation and passionate competitive spirit. Dishes such as lotus root salad, lotus seed and longan dessert, sour duck stew, braised pork, and catfish hot pot were beautifully presented with rich flavors, creating an atmosphere that was both cheerful and warm. Behind each dish lies the care and affection the men have shown to the women in their unit—a simple yet sincere way of expressing their gratitude.
"Picking the Flower of Democracy" – Unique and Unifying
The program’s atmosphere grew even more lively with the “Democracy Flower Picking” contest, where competing teams vied for victory through various fun challenges.
Quick-fire questions, humorous skits, and teamwork challenges brought bursts of laughter. More than just a game, this was a chance for everyone to get to know one another better, highlighting the synergy and team spirit that are always present in daily work at BIDV Phu My.

As the series of activities came to a close, beautiful memories lingered—like the March flowers, gentle yet full of vitality, providing renewed energy for the BIDV Phu My team to continue uniting, striving, and moving toward new milestones of development on the journey ahead.
