BIDV Nam Binh Duong Trade Union has promoted its core role in caring for and protecting workers' rights and actively performing business tasks.
The Union has effectively implemented emulation movements associated with professional tasks, notably the green credit development movement, the movement to promote the use of multi-channel group accounts, and the campaign to promote retail credit growth in the last months of 2025. Thanks to the close coordination between the Union and the profession, BIDV Nam Binh Duong was honored in the green credit growth movement for institutional customers, thereby creating a vibrant competitive motivation, contributing to improving business efficiency and realizing the sustainable development goals of the BIDV system.
The Union focuses on legal propaganda, organizing 100% of staff and employees to participate in online contests to learn about the Trade Union Law and the Social Insurance Law. Thereby, contributing to raising legal awareness, consolidating understanding of the rights and obligations of union members, and at the same time enhancing awareness of protecting the legitimate rights of employees in the modern working environment.
Spread the green movement - green living, green responsibility
In 2025, the "Green BIDV" movement will continue to be widely deployed, creating positive effects on all staff and employees.
The program “BIDV Run – For a green life” received 100% of the union members’ response, contributing more than 113 million VND to the program of planting 1 million trees and building a community cultural house to avoid floods. As a result, BIDV Nam Binh Duong ranked Top 8 in the entire system, thereby demonstrating the spirit of social responsibility and awareness of health training in the entire unit.
The grassroots trade union mobilized union members to actively participate in the drawing contest “BIDV joins hands for the green planet” launched by BIDV Trade Union with 10 entries. As a result, the branch was honored to have 02 winning entries, including 01 B prize and 01 C prize in the age group 11-15, thereby encouraging creativity and educating environmental protection awareness among the young generation.
Caring for union members' lives - Practical benefits, long-lasting bonds
The Union always focuses on building a friendly and united working environment, while implementing many practical activities to care for the material and spiritual life of employees. In 2025, the unit organized and participated in many meaningful programs, creating a positive ripple effect throughout the branch.
The Union regularly organizes tours and travel programs for employees to domestic destinations such as Vung Tau, the Northwestern provinces and foreign countries such as China... The travel programs combine a variety of bonding and teambuilding activities. These trips help employees recharge, promote innovation, strengthen solidarity and build corporate culture.
The sports movement at BIDV Nam Binh Duong has developed strongly when the grassroots trade union has always encouraged and created conditions for training and participating in competitions. The branch sent 37 athletes to participate in the BIDV Trade Union Sports Festival in the Southeast region to compete in most of the sports. The branch's sports delegation excellently won 03 gold medals, 03 silver medals and 01 bronze medal, ranked 7th in the whole region, affirming the spirit of enthusiastic sports training and determination to compete of the branch's staff.
On the occasion of the 19th anniversary of its establishment, the Branch also organized an exciting internal sports competition with sports such as football, badminton, pickleball, attracting a large number of employees to participate, creating an exciting competitive atmosphere, a spirit of health training and spreading a healthy lifestyle.
The branch's grassroots union also regularly organizes discussion and exchange activities on holidays such as International Women's Day March 8 and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, creating a forum for female union members to exchange, share, affirm their roles and promote their mettle and capacity in work and life.
Social Security – Working together for the community
Promoting the tradition of charity and community spirit of the BIDV system, BIDV Nam Binh Duong Trade Union has implemented many practical social security activities in 2025. The programs implemented are meaningful and attract a large number of branch members to participate, spreading the spirit of volunteering. Typical programs such as: "Spring of Volunteering", giving 30 Tet gifts to disadvantaged households in Di An city and Thuan An city (former Binh Duong province), contributing to bringing a warm and sharing spring.
Mobilizing union members to contribute 1 day's salary to support the Fund "Join hands to eliminate 1,000 temporary and dilapidated houses", collecting nearly 90 million VND, demonstrating the spirit of social responsibility and the companionship of cadres and workers with local social security programs.
Presented 80 gifts to policy families and people with revolutionary contributions in Binh Hoa ward (Ho Chi Minh City) on the occasion of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, expressing deep gratitude to the previous generation.
Presented 120 gifts to students in difficult circumstances who strive to excel in their studies in An Phu ward (Ho Chi Minh City) on the occasion of the new school year opening, accompanying the young generation on the path of learning and development.
The above programs continue to affirm the role of the trade union organization and the spirit of mutual love of BIDV Nam Binh Duong staff, contributing to spreading humanistic values and social responsibility to the local community.
Towards 2026 – continuing to spread humanistic values and innovation
BIDV Nam Binh Duong Trade Union determined to continue innovating the content and methods of operation, increasing the application of technology in trade union work; expanding social security programs, green movements and community activities. At the same time, the unit focuses on improving the quality of welfare, building a professional, happy working environment, with union members as the center.
