On April 13, 2026, in Hanoi, BIDV, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Government of Canada, and co-financing partners announced the successful mobilization of a USD 250 million medium- to long-term sustainable financing facility. ADB acted as the mandated lead arranger and book-runner for the facility.

On December 19, 2025, the State Bank of Vietnam, in collaboration with the ADB, summarized activities supporting access to finance for women-owned businesses in Vietnam.

On October 23-24, 2025, in Beijing, ADB coordinated with the Ministry of Finance of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to organize an international workshop on sustainable financial transformation.
