On the morning of May 22, the 2026 “Digital Transformation in the Banking Sector” Competition, themed “Proactive Digitalization – Breaking Through to the Future,” was held to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Bank of Vietnam (May 6, 1951 – May 6, 2026) and in observance of the 2026 Banking Sector Digital Transformation Day (May 11, 2026), officially opened.

A "Colorful" Tech Extravaganza at Round 1 of the 2026 Banking Digital Transformation Competition

On May 22, 2026, the 2026 Banking Sector Digital Transformation Competition, themed “Proactive Digitalization – Breaking Through to the Future,” officially kicked off amid great anticipation from all union members and employees in the banking sector. Immediately following the opening ceremony, the first round, titled “Uniting Strengths,” transformed the stage into a vibrant tech-filled space featuring 32 competing teams.
