BIDV Hanoi partners with Alphora Mường Hoa Sapa to develop an international resort complex
The implementation of the comprehensive cooperation agreement for the 2026–2030 period between Vietnam Investment and Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (BIDV) and Alphanam Group recently took place in Hanoi, BIDV The Hanoi Branch and Mường Hoa Cultural Park Investment Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Alphanam Group) organized a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement to provide personal loans for real estate purchases at the Mường Hoa Urban Area Project in Sa Pa.

On April 13, 2026, in Hanoi, BIDV, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Government of Canada, and co-financing partners announced the successful mobilization of a USD 250 million medium- to long-term sustainable financing facility. ADB acted as the mandated lead arranger and book-runner for the facility.
