On the morning of July 21, 2026, the Party Committee; the People’s Council; the People’s Committee; and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vo Lao Commune, Lao Cai Province, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Lủ 3 village road project, funded by support from the grassroots labor unions of BIDV units, including BIDV the Hanoi Branch, the BIDV Appraisal and Approval Center, and the BIDV Lao Cai Branch.
